What happens to the details you give when you ask about gutter work.
Information You Send
The contact form delivers exactly what you enter: name, phone number, email address, service address, the neighborhood and job type you pick, and anything you write in the message box. Along with it come the address of the page you sent it from and the time zone your browser reports, so that a contractor does not ring you at an odd hour.
A phone call to the number shown on these pages may be routed through a call-tracking provider. That provider keeps a log of the calling number, when the call came in and how long it lasted, and the call may be recorded so that a dispute about what was said can be settled.
The web server keeps ordinary access logs, and Google Analytics places cookies in order to count visits and learn which pages get read. Those visits are also used to build an audience of past visitors, so that the operator of this site can show them ads for gutter and home services on Google and, where enabled, on Meta platforms. Blocking cookies in your browser opts you out, as does Google's ads settings or Meta's ad preferences, and a resident of a state with a targeted-advertising opt-out right can ask through the contact form.
Where It Goes
The point of the site is to hand your request to an independent gutter contractor, and that is what is done with it, so the contractor can reach you. The businesses that host these pages, send the confirmation email and carry the phone calls also process it while providing those services.
Nobody sells your details to marketing lists. A court order or other legal requirement could compel disclosure.
Calls, Texts and Email
Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted about the request, by this site and by the contractor it is passed to, using the phone number and email address you supplied. Carrier message and data charges may apply to texts. Answer any text with STOP and the texts end; tell a caller you want no more calls and that is recorded.
What You Can Ask For
Use the contact form to ask what is held about your request or to have it erased; say so in the message box. A contractor who already received the request keeps its own records and answers for them.
These pages are written for adult property owners and managers and are not aimed at children.
Changes
If this policy is rewritten, the new text takes the place of the old at this same address, and what you read here is the version currently in effect.
