Terms of Use
The conditions that apply when you use this referral site.
What the Site Does and Does Not Do
Plano Gutter Pros puts property owners in touch with independent gutter contractors. It measures nothing, installs nothing, cleans nothing and repairs nothing, and the people who do that work are neither its employees nor under its direction. If you hire a contractor, the contract is between you and that contractor, and so are the price, the timing, the quality of the work, any damage, cleanup and the warranty.
Contractors may pay the site for referrals. Being referred is not a recommendation and does not certify a contractor's workmanship, insurance or credentials. Check insurance and anything else that matters to you before work starts.
About the Content
These pages talk about gutters, drainage, soil, published prices, city programs, association rules and state law in general terms, drawn from sources read on the dates shown. Prices move, programs are revised and phone numbers change. None of it is legal, engineering, insurance or financial advice about your property. Confirm what matters with the City of Plano, your association, your insurer, a structural engineer or an attorney as the case requires.
Price ranges are other publishers' figures, reprinted with attribution. They are not offers. Photographs are illustrative and do not show particular finished jobs.
Ladders and Digging
Nothing here is a set of instructions for doing gutter work yourself. Falls from ladders and roofs cause serious injuries. Before any digging for a drain line, call 811 so that buried utilities can be marked.
Limits of Liability
The site is offered as it stands, with no warranty of any kind. As far as the law permits, its operator is not responsible for loss caused by what a contractor does or fails to do, by reliance on these pages, or by the site or its phone line being unavailable.
Texas law governs these terms. By using the site you accept them, and any revision will appear on this page.
